Harmonic Funds

Harmonic Alpha Plus Global Currency Fund is an open-ended exempt company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 8 May 2008 under registration number MC-210155 pursuant to the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands. Harmonic Capital Partners LLP acts as Investment Manager to the company.

Harmonic Alpha Plus Macro Fund is an open-ended exempt company incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 19 March 2009 under registration number MC-224293 pursuant to the Companies Law of the Cayman Islands. Harmonic Capital Partners LLP acts as Investment Manager to the company.

The Harmonic Alpha Plus Global Currency Fund and Harmonic Alpha Plus Macro are each referred to herein as a Fund and collectively as Harmonic Funds.

Applications for shares of a Fund can only be made on the basis of the current prospectus of the relevant Fund. Investing in the shares of a Fund ("Shares") involves certain risks, as more fully described in the prospectus. There can be no assurance that the investment objective of the Fund will be met or that its investment program will be successful. The investment activities of the Harmonic Funds are not regulated or otherwise overseen by either the Cayman Islands' government or any other Financial regulator.
